How to create a Multi Parcel Consignment

To create multiple parcels for the one shipment you need to go into the relevant order and click on Packaging Dimensions and weight tab

For this example our order is 22 kg weight and we wish to send it two boxes at 11 kg each.

Click on the Add Package button to add a second Parcel to the existing Parcel

We will change the dimensions of parcel 1 and add 11kg weight (Leave dimensions)

We will also change the weight and dimensions to parcel 2 to match Parcel 1

Then push the refresh quote button and you will see two parcels have now been quoted at 11 kg each
