Requesting API Credentials

As part of your onboarding with Emirates Courier Express, your API credentials are typically shared by your assigned Account Manager. These credentials are essential for integrating with our shipping APIs and include the following:
  • API client_id
  • API client_secret

Didn't Receive Your Credentials?
If you haven't received your API credentials yet:
  1. Reach out to your Account Manager directly to request them.
  2. Alternatively, you can submit a support ticket through our helpdesk, and our team will assist you promptly.
Note: Please ensure you keep these credentials secure and do not share them publicly.
