How to Cancel a Shipment and Re book.

If you’re looking to cancel a booking in the Emirates App this is quite easy.

Go to orders and open the order you want to cancel the shipment on.

Under the label section bottom left you will find a delete shipment button which will remove the booking.

Although the booking is deleted the order will still show as fulfilled. Please change the status in Shopify to unfulfilled and this will allow you to re book the shipment
