Product Dimension Management

There is a feature in the app to manage dimensions of the Shopify products.

All the Shopify products will be automatically synchronized to our system after installation of the app. Also merchants can re sync products at any time.

You can see all products with product name, vendor, product type and dimension with a search option in the product list page.

How to update product dimensions

There are two ways to manage product dimensions in the App.

1. Manually input all product dimensions into the individual products in the app. You can see a link to update dimensions or show product variants which will open a popup with all options.

If a product has variants you need to update the variant dimensions not the main product.

2. Product Export / Import by CSV

You can also export all products into a csv and then manually update all dimensions of the products and then finally import that csv which will update all the dimensions of the product of our system. 

Please ensure you do not change the format of the columns or titles as this can create issues with the re import.

The App provides a default 5x5x5 dimension and a weight of 1kg in-case none are added for your products. We recommend all your products have a weight and dimensions added so your shipping quotes are correct.

Note: Always back up your data before bulk importing.
